$50 base fee if registration form is received on or before Friday, May 24, 2026
$75 base fee if registration form is received on or after Monday, May 25, 2026
BOOTH SETUP:
Saturday, June 20, 6:00am – 9:00am
BOOTH OPERATION:
9:00am-4:00pm (NO early tear down permitted)

Merchant payments must be received in full at the time the application is submitted. Please submit your application and make payments to the following address:

REQUIREMENTS
Please review the following requirements for your application to be considered.
- No resale clothing boutiques or reproductions products.
- No direct sales or multi-level marketing companies.
- Booth space is 17’ x 17.’ (No vehicles may remain onsite.)
- All canopies/tents must be secured in place by weights. (No staking in concrete.)
- Set up and tear down is the sole responsibility of the merchant.
ENTRY DEADLINE
Vendor application must be submitted no later than Friday, May 29, 2026. Considerations will be based on categories and variety of items to shop from and time of application submission. Submittal of application does not guarantee participation. All accepted merchants will receive a confirmation email within two weeks of the application being received. No payment will be processed until confirmation of placement.
PERMITS
It is the merchant’s responsibility to acquire all necessary permits. Merchants are responsible for collection and paying State of Iowa sales tax.
ELECTRICITY
Merchants must be self-reliant for power. No electrical hookups are provided. Please indicate if a generator will be used for your operation.
LOCATION
Merchants will be stationed along streets surrounding the Olson Cultural Events Center and carnival where daytime and evening performances, events, and entertainment will be held.
WEATHER
The Ice Cream Days Festival will operate, rain or shine. There are no refunds.
CLEAN UP
Merchant is responsible for leaving the area just as it was presented upon arrival.
By submitting this application, I have agreed to all specific terms in the merchant application package. Payment in full will also signify an agreement to terms.
